FEATURED IN:
The CV Was Never The Whole Story
A CV tells you where someone's been. It never tells you where they're going or whether this role, this team, this culture is where they'll thrive.
I've watched it go wrong from both sides. A recruiter sends the right profile into the wrong room. A candidate takes the right title at the wrong company. Same missing piece. Opposite sides of the table.
That piece is context.
Get it right and placements hold, careers compound. Miss it, and both sides settle for less than they deserve.
The CV gets you in the room.
Context decides what happens next.
BUILT FROM THE INSIDE
Before I taught context, I built it into the work.
For more than 15 years, I have worked across both sides of the hiring table. The lesson has stayed the same:
the best decisions are never made on paper alone.

MY STORY
From Outcast To
Architect of Context.
I started my career in recruitment with a phone, a laptop, and something to prove. No connections. No safety net. Just the hunger to figure it out.
After four years in a large recruitment firm, three colleagues and I had reached the same conclusion: the system was too rigid. We didn't want to send CVs from behind a screen and call it recruitment. We wanted to meet every candidate. Sit face-to-face with every client. Ask better questions. Build something more human and more rigorous.
Then, in January 2011, I was unexpectedly let go.
It wasn't the reason the idea existed. But it was the moment we stopped talking about it and started building it.
A few months later, we founded Gentis. What began as four people with a conviction has grown into a global recruitment business across eight countries.
Now I share the methodology we built along the way, so recruiters can earn what they're truly worth, and candidates can stop settling for less than they deserve.
Life's too short to be stuck.
MY WHY
Family First
I am a CEO, founder, speaker and builder. But before any title, I am a mother of three.
My family is why I work hard. It's also why I'm careful about what hard work costs.
They remind me that success is not only about the company you build, the goals you reach, or the numbers you can point to. It's about being present for the people you love, staying true to what matters, and building a life you're proud to come home to.
That's the kind of success I believe in. Ambitious, meaningful, and built to last.
