Terms & Conditions – 45-Minute Private Strategy Session

By purchasing and booking this 45-minute private strategy session, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Stéphanie Reniers.

1. Session Details

  • This is a one-time, 45-minute private video call designed to provide honest, direct feedback and strategic guidance on your career profile, positioning, and job search approach.
  • This session does not include ongoing support, follow-up calls, or additional services beyond the scheduled session.
  • The session will take place via video call. A link will be provided after booking confirmation.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All session payments are final and non-refundable due to the time and preparation required.
  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session.
  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a forfeited session with no refund.
  • No-shows without prior notice will also result in a forfeited session with no refund.

3. Recording & Confidentiality

  • The session may be recorded for your personal reference only.
  • You may not share, distribute, or publish the recording in any format, including but not limited to social media, YouTube, courses, or training programs.
  • Any strategies, feedback, or insights shared during the session are for your personal use only and may not be repurposed for commercial use.

4. Disclaimer

  • This session provides strategic guidance and honest feedback, but results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend entirely on your own execution, effort, and circumstances beyond our control.
  • This session does not constitute legal, financial, or HR advice. It is strictly for informational and career guidance purposes.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By booking this session, you acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken as a result of this session are your own responsibility.
  • You agree that Stéphanie Reniers is not liable for any career outcomes, missed opportunities, or results — positive or negative — arising from the session.
